Raw Honey

Raw honey is honey that is in its most natural, unprocessed form. It is extracted directly from the honeycomb and typically only filtered to remove large bits of wax and debris, but it is not pasteurized (heated to high temperatures) or processed in other ways.

This means that raw honey retains its natural enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, which are often lost during pasteurization. Raw honey often appears cloudier and may contain bits of wax, pollen, and propolis, all of which contribute to its unique flavor and health benefits.
The pollen and propolis that remain in unfiltered honey are thought to offer health benefits, including supporting the immune system and reducing inflammation.

Raw honey can have a richer, more complex flavor profile than highly processed honey, which may appeal to those who appreciate the natural qualities of honey..
It may crystallize over time. If this happens, you can gently warm it to return it to its liquid state (read more).

Our Honey is unfiltered, it is unheated, and it is unpasteurized.
It is directly from honeycomb

to jar
Regular (Commercial) honey goes through processing that may destroy some of the honey's healthiest components, like natural enzymes, pollen and antioxidants.
Commercial honey is normally pasteurized and often filtered to make it clear, smooth and market friendly.

The extracted raw honey out of the extractor contains:
  • Pollen
  • Royal jelly
  • Propolis
  • Enzymes
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Small particles of wax
  • Amino acids, vitamins, minerals, iron, zinc, and antioxidants

Since we do not apply any heat, filtering, or pasteurization to our extracted honey, our honey contains all the valuable natural properties of the honey.

Our process consists of:
  • Extracting honey
  • Leave the honey sits in a bucket for few days and let the wax, not the micro particles, to be separated from honey by floating to the top of the bucket.
  • Jar the honey

CREAMED HONEY
Creamed honey, also known as whipped honey or spun honey, is honey that has been processed to give it a smooth, spreadable texture. It's made by crystallizing honey in a controlled way to create fine, smooth crystals. The process involves blending raw honey with already crystallized honey to encourage the formation of small crystals, which gives the honey its creamy texture.
